Mining Frequent Itemsets Using Genetic Algorithm
In general frequent itemsets are generated from large data sets by applying
association rule mining algorithms like Apriori, Partition, Pincer-Search,
Incremental, Border algorithm etc., which take too much computer time to
compute all the frequent itemsets. By using Genetic Algorithm (GA) we can
improve the scenario. The major advantage of using GA in the discovery of
frequent itemsets is that they perform global search and its time complexity is
less compared to other algorithms as the genetic algorithm is based on the
greedy approach. The main aim of this paper is to find all the frequent
itemsets from given data sets using genetic algorithm
Coincidence point results for hybrid pair of mappings on a dislocated metric space endowed with an arbitrary binary relation
We introduce the notion of generalized S-contraction of Nadler type and prove some new coincidence point results for hybrid pair of mappings in 0-complete dislocated metric spaces endowed with an arbitrary binary relation. Our results generalize, extend and unify several well known comparable results including Nadler’s fixed point theorem in the setting of dislocated metric spaces. As some applications of our main result, we can obtain several important fixed point results of multi-valued mappings satisfying some contractive type conditions of Kannan type, Fisher type etc. in this new framework. Moreover, we provide some examples to justify that the generalization is proper.Publisher's Versio
DUAL WIDEBAND AND HIGH GAIN MICROSTRIP ANTENNA FOR WIRELESS SYSTEM
In this paper dual wideband high gain circular shaped microstrip antenna with modified ground plane is presented for wireless communication systems. The overall dimension of the proposed antenna is 50 x 40 x 1.6 mm3. The radiating element consists of circular shaped patch which is excited by microstrip feed-line printed on FR4 epoxy substrate. The ground plane is on the other side of the substrate having a rectangular ring shape to enhance the peak gain of the antenna. The proposed antenna exhibits two wide fractional bandwidths (based on ≤ -10 dB) of 61.1% (ranging from 2.0 to 3.8 GHz, centred at 2.88 GHz) and 53.37% (ranging from 5.48 to 9.6 GHz, centred at 7.44 GHz). The measured peak gain achieved is 8.25 dBi at 8.76 GHz. The measured impedance bandwidth and gain suffice all the commercial bands of wireless systems such as 4G LTE band-40, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, WLAN, WiMAX, C-band, and X-band. The measured results are experimentally tested and verified with simulated results. A reasonable agreement is found between them
A new (k,n) verifiable secret image sharing scheme (VSISS)
AbstractIn this paper, a new (k,n) verifiable secret image sharing scheme (VSISS) is proposed in which third order LFSR (linear-feedback shift register)-based public key cryptosystem is applied for the cheating prevention and preview before decryption. In the proposed scheme the secret image is first partitioned into several non-overlapping blocks of k pixels. Every k pixel is then used to form m=⌈k/4⌉+1 pixels of one encrypted share. The original secret image can be reconstructed by gathering any k or more encrypted shared images. The experimental results show that the proposed VSISS is an efficient and safe method
Influence of foliar spray and post-harvest treatments on head yield, shelf-life, and physicochemical qualities of broccoli
Rapid senescence is the key factor in the deterioration of post-harvest shelf-life in broccoli heads. This study evaluates the head yield and its related traits, and physicochemical attributes of broccoli under four foliar sprays of mineral nutrients (B, Zn, Mo, and B + Zn + Mo) with control. The interaction effects of shelf-life and physicochemical attributes of broccoli for these five pre-harvest and five post-harvest storage treatments (LDP bag, HDP vacuum pack, 2% eggshell powder solution, 2% ascorbic acid, and control) both at cold storage and room temperature were evaluated with three replications. The significantly higher marketable head yield of 28.02 t ha−1, maximum gross return [(Bangladesh Taka (BDT 420300 ha−1)], net return (BDT 30565 ha−1), and maximum benefit–cost ratio (BCR) of 3.67 were obtained from the pre-harvest foliar application of B + Zn + Mo in broccoli. Pre-harvest foliar spray of combined nutrient B + Zn + Mo and post-harvest treatment high-density polyethylene (HDP, 15 μm) vacuum packaging efficiently improve post-harvest physicochemical attributes, viz., compactness, green color, texture, carbohydrates, fats, energy, antioxidants, vitamin C, and total phenols in broccoli head compared to the rest of the treatment combinations. In addition, this treatment combination also confirmed a maximum shelf-life of 24.55 days at cold storage [relative humidity (RH) 90–95% and 4°C] and 7.05 days at room temperature (RH 60–65% and 14–22°C) compared to the rest of the treatment combinations. Therefore, we recommend a pre-harvest foliar spray of combined nutrient elements B + Zn + Mo and an HDP (15 μm) vacuum post-harvest packaging for the maximum benefits for both farmers and consumers to get the best head yield, anticipated physicochemical attributes, and maximum shelf-life of broccoli
Dynamics of Hot QCD Matter -- Current Status and Developments
The discovery and characterization of hot and dense QCD matter, known as
Quark Gluon Plasma (QGP), remains the most international collaborative effort
and synergy between theorists and experimentalists in modern nuclear physics to
date. The experimentalists around the world not only collect an unprecedented
amount of data in heavy-ion collisions, at Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider
(RHIC), at Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) in New York, USA, and the Large
Hadron Collider (LHC), at CERN in Geneva, Switzerland but also analyze these
data to unravel the mystery of this new phase of matter that filled a few
microseconds old universe, just after the Big Bang. In the meantime,
advancements in theoretical works and computing capability extend our wisdom
about the hot-dense QCD matter and its dynamics through mathematical equations.
The exchange of ideas between experimentalists and theoreticians is crucial for
the progress of our knowledge. The motivation of this first conference named
"HOT QCD Matter 2022" is to bring the community together to have a discourse on
this topic. In this article, there are 36 sections discussing various topics in
the field of relativistic heavy-ion collisions and related phenomena that cover
a snapshot of the current experimental observations and theoretical progress.
This article begins with the theoretical overview of relativistic
spin-hydrodynamics in the presence of the external magnetic field, followed by
the Lattice QCD results on heavy quarks in QGP, and finally, it ends with an
overview of experiment results.Comment: Compilation of the contributions (148 pages) as presented in the `Hot
QCD Matter 2022 conference', held from May 12 to 14, 2022, jointly organized

Production of He-4 and (4) in Pb-Pb collisions at root(NN)-N-S=2.76 TeV at the LHC
Results on the production of He-4 and (4) nuclei in Pb-Pb collisions at root(NN)-N-S = 2.76 TeV in the rapidity range vertical bar y vertical bar <1, using the ALICE detector, are presented in this paper. The rapidity densities corresponding to 0-10% central events are found to be dN/dy4(He) = (0.8 +/- 0.4 (stat) +/- 0.3 (syst)) x 10(-6) and dN/dy4 = (1.1 +/- 0.4 (stat) +/- 0.2 (syst)) x 10(-6), respectively. This is in agreement with the statistical thermal model expectation assuming the same chemical freeze-out temperature (T-chem = 156 MeV) as for light hadrons. The measured ratio of (4)/He-4 is 1.4 +/- 0.8 (stat) +/- 0.5 (syst). (C) 2018 Published by Elsevier B.V.Peer reviewe

In this paper, we establish a fixed point theorem for generalized contraction mappings in b-metric spaces endowed with a digraph. As an application of this result, we obtain fixed points of cyclical mappings in the setting of b-metric spaces. Our results extend and generalize several existing results in the literature
